EPA Issues Cancellation Order for Certain Pesticide Registrations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a cancellation order for certain pesticide registrations, following a voluntary request from the registrants and after reviewing comments received on the proposal, as mandated by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The order, which was published in the Federal Register on June 12, 2013, allows for the distribution, sale, or use of the affected products only in accordance with the terms of the order.
