EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Air Quality Management Districts

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of revised rules to regulate volatile organic compounds from various sources, including motor vehicles and graphic arts operations, in the Antelope Valley, Santa Barbara County, South Coast, and Ventura County air quality management districts, as part of the California State Implementation Plan.
