EPA Approves Kentucky's Plan to Exempt Enterprise Holdings, Inc. Facility from Stage II Vapor Control Requirements at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a state-specific plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky to exempt an Enterprise Holdings, Inc. facility from Stage II vapor control requirements at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Boone County, Kentucky, following a 2006 policy memorandum.
