EPA Exempts FD&C Blue No. 1 from Tolerance Requirement for Seed Treatment

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Sensient Colors, LLC, allowing the use of FD&C Blue No. 1 as an inert ingredient in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops without establishing a maximum permissible level for residues.
