EPA Partially Approves Utah's Air Quality Implementation Plan for Salt Lake and Davis Counties

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has partially approved and disapproved Utah's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions, which include a maintenance plan for the 1997 8-hour ozone standard in Salt Lake and Davis counties, submitted by Governor of Utah on March 22, 2007.
