EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for South Coast Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of revised rules to limit volatile organic compound (VOC), oxides of nitrogen (NOx), and particulate matter (PM) emissions from open burning and wood-burning devices in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) as part of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP).
