EPA Disapproves Texas State Implementation Plan Revisions for Emergency Orders

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its disapproval of Texas' revisions to its State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Emergency Orders, citing non-compliance with the Clean Air Act and EPA regulations, following submissions in 1993, 1998, 2006, and 2006.
