EPA Withdraws Proposed Rule for R. Paul Smith Power Station Emission Limitations

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its proposed rule to approve revised emission limitations for the R. Paul Smith Power Station in Maryland, following a request from the State of Maryland to withdraw the plan.
