VA Announces Public Comment Period for Proposed Collection of Information on Unmarried Surviving Spouses' Loan Guaranty Eligibility

The Veterans Benefits Administration is seeking public comment on a proposed collection of information to determine eligibility for a VA home loan for unmarried surviving spouses of veterans, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
