DoD Issues Interim Rule on Domestic Source Restrictions for Afghan Uniforms

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has issued an interim rule to implement new domestic source restrictions for textile components supplied to the Afghan National Army and Police for uniform production, eliminating the enhanced authority to acquire from Iraq.
