VA Amends Adjudication Procedures for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Status Protests

The Department of Veterans Affairs is updating its process for resolving disputes over the status of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), with the Director of the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) initially handling these cases and businesses denied status able to appeal to the Executive Director of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU)
