Administration for Children and Families Issues Final Notice for Electronic Submission of State and Tribal Plans and Reporting

The Administration for Children and Families is implementing electronic submission of State and Tribal plans and financial reporting forms for mandatory grant programs through its Online Data Collection system, following public comments and corrections to the initial notice published in the Federal Register in 2013.
