EPA to Set Deadlines for State Implementation Plan Submissions Under Proposed Consent Decree

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is set to establish deadlines for taking final action on state implementation plan submissions under a proposed consent decree in response to a lawsuit filed by WildEarth Guardians in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
