U.S. Office of Personnel Management Issues Final Rule Defining Broward County, Florida, as Nonappropriated Fund Federal Wage System Wage Area

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management is issuing a final rule to define Broward County, Florida, as a county of application for the Miami-Dade, Florida, nonappropriated fund Federal Wage System wage area, due to the presence of three NAF FWS employees working in the county.
