EPA to Delete Ludlow Sand & Gravel Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2 is proposing to remove the Ludlow Sand & Gravel Superfund Site in Paris, New York, from the National Priorities List, following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
