EPA Removes Ludlow Sand & Gravel Site from National Priorities List
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the deletion of the Ludlow Sand & Gravel Superfund Site in New York from the National Priorities List, following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
