HUD Publishes Final FY 2014 Fair Market Rents for Housing Programs

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released the final Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and Moderate Rehabilitation Single Room Occupancy Program for Fiscal Year 2014, effective October 1, 2014. The FMRs are based on data from the American Community Survey (ACS) and Consumer Price Index (CPI) rent and utility indexes.
