EPA Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Clean Water Act Information Collection Request

The Environmental Protection Agency is requesting public comments on a proposed extension of an information collection request related to Clean Water Act Section 404 State-Assumed Programs, which is currently set to expire on January 31, 2014.
