EPA Deletes Hooker (Hyde Park) Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 2 has announced the deletion of the Hooker (Hyde Park) Superfund Site in Niagara Falls, New York, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
