EPA Proposes Approval of Tennessee's Lead 2010 Emissions Inventory and Conversion of Conditional Approvals

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State of Tennessee's 2010 Lead base year emissions inventory and convert conditional approvals for the prevention of significant deterioration of air quality in the Bristol area to full approvals for fine particulate matter, ozone, and 24-hour ozone NAAQS.
