EPA Approves Ohio's Revised Air Quality Plan for Dayton, Toledo, and Parkersburg Areas

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Ohio's revised air quality implementation plan for the Dayton, Toledo, and Parkersburg areas, replacing outdated emissions inventories and budgets with new ones developed using the EPA's Motor Vehicle Emissions Simulator (MOVES) model.
