EPA Proposes Approval of Rhode Island Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to fully approve revisions to Rhode Island's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for regulating Greenhouse Gases (GHGs) under the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) preconstruction permitting program, as well as the State's definition of fine particulate matter (PM 2.5).
