EPA Approves Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions for Rhode Island

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve revisions to Rhode Island's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for regulating Greenhouse Gases (GHGs) under the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) preconstruction permitting program, as well as the State's definition of fine particulate matter (PM 2.5).
