Notice of Active Duty Determination

The US Department of Veterans Affairs has confirmed that the 'Lycoming AVCO Vietnam Tech Reps' group will not be considered 'active duty' for Department of Veterans Affairs laws, following a determination made by the Secretary of the Air Force on September 30, 2013.
