Privacy Act of 1974: Systems of Records

Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552a), the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation is proposing two new systems of records, adding new routine uses to existing systems of records, and is amending two systems of records to make technical and clarifying changes.
