Application Requirements for Waiver of Core Medical Services Requirement Under Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program

The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program requires grantees to spend 75% of their funds on core medical services, including antiretroviral drugs, for individuals with HIV/AIDS. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has revised the policy to address public comments and provide an opportunity for further review.
