HHS Announces Decision on Adding Baker Brothers Employees to Special Exposure Cohort

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has made a determination regarding a petition to include employees from Baker Brothers in Toledo, Ohio, in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 (EEOICPA).
