OPM Proposes New System of Records Under Privacy Act of 1974

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing to add a new system of records, OPM/Central-19: External Review Records for Multi-State Plan (MSP) Program, to its inventory of records subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, in order to comply with the law's requirements for publishing records in the Federal Register.
