DoD Adopts Final Rule for US-Panama Free Trade Agreement

The US Department of Defense has finalized, with changes, an interim rule to implement the US-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement, a free trade agreement that eliminates discriminatory treatment of eligible products and services from Panama.
