DoD Issues Final Rule to Further Implement DFARS Policy on Competitive Acquisitions

The Department of Defense (DoD) has issued a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to provide additional exceptions for competitive acquisitions with only one offer and to clarify data requests from the Canadian Commercial Corporation.
