NYSE Arca, Inc. Seeks Approval for New ETF Listing Rule

NYSE Arca, Inc. has submitted a proposed rule change to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for approval, which would allow the listing of the Wilshire Micro-Cap ETF on the exchange.
