EPA Finalizes Amendment to Significant New Use Rule for 1-Propene, 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing an amendment to the significant new use rule (SNUR) for 1-Propene, 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-, a chemical substance subject to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The amendment allows for the manufacture and processing of this chemical without a significant new use notice (SNUN) for certain uses, based on newly submitted exposure and toxicity data.
