U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Proposes New Privacy Act Systems of Records

The SEC is proposing two new systems of records, Municipal Advisor Records (SEC-61) and Correspondence Files Pertaining to Municipal Advisors; Municipal Advisor Logs (SEC-62), in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
