EPA Removes Significant New Use Rules for Certain Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is removing significant new use rules (SNURs) for three chemical substances, including alkanes with specific molecular structures, due to adverse comments received on the rules, and plans to propose new SNURs for these substances in the near future.
