Extension of Expiration Date for State Disability Examiner Authority

The Social Security Administration is extending the expiration date of its rules allowing State agency disability examiners to make fully favorable determinations without approval from a State agency medical or psychological consultant in quick disability determination and compassionate allowance processes, from November 12, 2013, to November 14, 2014.
