EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for the proposed rule 'Revisions to Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements, and Proposed Confidentiality Determinations under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program.' The EPA is also announcing proposed confidentiality determinations under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program.
