Department of Education Publishes New System of Records for National Title I Study of Implementation and Outcomes

The Department of Education has published a new system of records for a Title I study on early childhood language development, which will collect data from approximately 1,000 teachers, 5,000 students, and 5,000 parents from 100 schools in 11 districts.
