EPA Corrects Typographical Error in Tennessee's 2008 Lead NAAQS Infrastructure SIP

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a final rule correcting a typographical error in Tennessee's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the 2008 Lead national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS). The correction was made to paragraph (c) of the June 18, 2013, final rule, which explained that EPA was not taking action on the prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) elements of Tennessee's infrastructure SIP.
