National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program Expands Coverage to All Seasonal Influenza Vaccines

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has added all FDA-approved vaccines against seasonal influenza to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, allowing petitioners to file claims for injuries related to these vaccines before they are officially added to the program.
