Kentucky to Revise Public Water System Supervision Program, EPA Approves Revised Rules

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is revising its Public Water System Supervision Program, adopting new rules including Consumer Confidence Report and Ground Water and Long Term 1 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment, and the EPA has tentatively approved the revised program, deeming the state's rules as stringent as federal regulations.
