EPA Approves Ohio NOX SIP Call Rule Revisions Under Clean Air Act

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Ohio's nitrogen oxides (NOX) State Implementation Plan (SIP) Call Budget Trading Program rules, allowing for the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) to supersede certain rules while maintaining others.
