National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Updates Privacy Act Program

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is updating its Privacy Act Program to add a new exemption rule, allowing the Department of Defense to exempt certain records from portions of the Privacy Act, in order to improve the security and counterintelligence records integrity.
