Department of the Navy Updates Navy Privacy Act Program to Add (k)(5) Exemption

The Department of the Navy is updating its Navy Privacy Act Program to add the (k)(5) exemption, allowing it to exempt certain records from the Privacy Act, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its program for law enforcement purposes.
