VA Proposes Regulations for Home Improvements and Structural Alterations Benefits Program

The Department of Veterans Affairs is proposing new rules to govern the Home Improvements and Structural Alterations benefits program, which provides financial assistance to disabled veterans for necessary home modifications, following an increase in benefits authorized by the Caregivers and Veterans Omnibus Health Services Act of 2010.
