HUD Seeks 60-Day Comment Period for Mortgagee's Application for Partial Settlement Information Collection

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is requesting public comment on its proposed collection of information related to the Mortgagee's Application for Partial Settlement, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act, before submitting the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval.
