NASA to Grant Exclusive License for Volatile Soil Extraction Patent

NASA is issuing a notice of intent to grant an exclusive license in the US to practice a patent for extracting volatiles from soil using microwave processes, to Space Resources Extraction Technology, Inc., a company based in Huntsville, Alabama.
