EPA to Renew Information Collection Request for Chemical-Specific Rules Under TSCA Section 8(a)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed renewal of an existing information collection request (ICR) related to chemical-specific rules under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 8(a), which is set to expire on June 30, 2014.
