Office of Government Ethics Withdraws Final Rule on Post-Employment Conflict of Interest Regulations

The Office of Government Ethics has withdrawn the final rule on post-employment conflict of interest regulations, which was published on October 3, 2013, and was set to take effect on January 3, 2014, affecting senior employee positions.
