EPA Approves Illinois' Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Illinois' revised air quality implementation plan, which updates the state's definition of volatile organic compounds to exclude a new chemical, HFO-1234ze, effective July 3, 2013.
