AHRQ Seeks Comments on Proposed Conversion to ICD-10-CM/PCS for Quality Indicators

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) is seeking public comments on its proposed conversion of the AHRQ Quality Indicators to ICD-10-CM/PCS codes, which would take effect for hospital discharges on or after October 1, 2014, and can be reviewed on the AHRQ QI Web site at http://www.qualityindicators.ahrq.gov/icd10/default.aspx
